Hi! We are a respectful, fully working professional couple looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to share our home in Warrnambool. We value a calm, clean, and comfortable living environment and always respect personal space.
The location is very convenient, just a 2-minute drive to Warrnambool CBD and Gateway Plaza, and within walking distance to the racecourse and Warrnambool College.
We’re offering a furnished single room for $250 per week (bills not included). The room comes fully furnished with a bed, study table and chair, wardrobe, and your own toilet. You’ll share the bathroom and have full access to a fully equipped kitchen, TV area, lounge, and laundry facilities.
Our home is warm, relaxed, and welcoming—ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful place to live while working or studying. Please note that the house is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking.
