Hi, I’m Sean and I’m an easygoing software trainer running my own business. Come and stay in my sharehouse in Wendouree, Ballarat. Fully furnished with everything you need. Just bring your suitcase.

The rent includes ALL bills and WIFI etc.

We are looking for a single person only please – sorry, no couples.

You can have privacy, security and a lovely newly renovated bedroom, while sharing the house and its amenities with 3 other housemates.

GARDEN: The rear garden is a low maintenance lawn with an outdoor setting. Washing line and pegs in backyard.

PARKING: Off-street parking available at rear of house as well as street parking

You are responsible for keeping your room clean. You need to be able to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom and take turns with the other flatmates to take the rubbish out.

Party people need not apply as consideration needs to be made to all people who live here. This is a quiet house that would be well suited to workers. Suitable for flatmates looking for 12 month stays or longer.
