The house is in a beautiful tucked away spot in Wentworth Falls. My previous housemate took on a work opportunity overseas, I am now looking for someone new to live here.

The building is split into two separate living spaces, upstairs and downstairs. I live alone upstairs.

Downstairs you will have your own large balcony, big windows to a forest outlook and a beautiful private backyard. You will have two bedrooms, plus a large living room and a large kitchen area. You’ll have your own entrance around the side of the property. The space is not furnished, you will need to bring a fridge, washing machine & electric cooktop.

There is an internal connecting staircase which will be kept locked as our spaces are separate. I am seeking someone of a similar temperament who is looking for a stable, peaceful, long-term living space.

Please note that the real estate has requested that no more than one additional tenant can move in, and sadly no pets allowed
Also the new tenant will need to fill out an application before signing the lease, minimum 6 months.
