The rest of the house is furnished with the basics. There are two living spaces, one in the main part of the home and one in the later addition.
Gas heater that keeps the main part of the home toasty in winter.
There is plenty of storage space under the house if you have additional items to store. However, it does get damp when it rains heavy so you'll want storage racks.
I would consider small pets that would get along with Aalto (rabbit) or can be kept seperate, however, the yard isn't fully fenced atm.
Talking about the yard, there is plenty of space, beautiful view onto neighbouring reserve, firewood and a fire pit.
Would consider a couple with additional input into Bills.

About the flatmates
You'll be sharing the house with 1 other human, Mid 30's female employed at Council, work from home 2 days a week, my boyfriend comes around a few times a week.
And one large Rabbit Aalto, he is an indoor rabbit, and is in his pen at night and while I am at work, but generally has access to the living area while I am home. He generally a good and clean boy, other than attacking carpet occasionally. I would love to find someone who also enjoys his company, who might be willing to help look after him if I go away for a weekend.
I try to keep a tidy home and a clean kitchen, and expect you to assist in keeping it that way.
I am slowing renovating the house and yard so yes there is room for improvement but its getting better week by week.
