The large room is furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe and small desk. Small locking safe available upon request.
Bathroom and separate toilet shared with other housemates.
The room has ample storage space and lots of light. It is suitable for couples ($375 per week couples rate).

Kitchen has gas stove top and lots of counter space.
The house has multiple common areas for when one needs their space. Screened-in outdoor area that always has a breeze and large bbq area for outside cooking. Easy place to relax and recharge after a hard day's work. Quiet hours 10pm-5am.

It's only a couple hundred meters to the river (where the sun sets over the water) and the house has a large yard. Very convenient for walking / biking around town.

We are a relaxed house, but not a party house.
We do have house rules and these are available upon request.
We would first like to meet the applicant and make sure it's a good fit. Initial 3 month short term agreement will serve as a trial period for those wanting to stay longer. Short term stay is also ok (minimum 3 weeks). Strictly no smokers or pets please.
