About the property
Hello!
I have one unfurnished master bedroom available in my 4x2 home. The house is new and in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The rest of the house is fully furnished with all amenities, including a decent sized backyard and undercover seating area to enjoy. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning in every room throughout the house.
The bedroom is unfurnished as mentioned, but includes a built in wardrobe. there is an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, and will have access to off-street parking.
Rent is $450 per week not including bills (gas, water, electricity, internet), which will be split between 4 people.
Bond is $900 (2 weeks worth of rent) which you will get back when you move out provided you don't damage anything or trash the place :)
We are looking for a mature, grounded couple who work regular hours and has a full life outside the house. Someone considerate, clean, and comfortable in their own rhythm. Clear and kind communication is important.
A 4 month stay is ideal but I would be happy to make a 3-6 month lease work for the right people :)

About the flatmates
Hi,
I am from Busselton and I manage a coffee shop in town for work.
I have a girlfriend in Perth who is studying med and a very chill house cat named Roma.
Work keeps me very busy and out of the house most of the time but while I am home I love cooking for people using veggies from my garden while listening to a record.
Sam, my housemate, is a travelling winemaker from SA who works most days of the week and likes the outdoors, especially fishing and exploring new areas.
Most evenings we keep to ourselves but we love the occasional kitchen chats and catch up.
