The room comes fully furnished with your own personal fridge, tv, most of the rooms have a personal table and chair and all other standard furnishings, including icy cold air con of course. We also have a communal freezer for all to use if and when required

2 bathroom and 2 toilets available for use. 2 fully stocked kitchen areas available for use also which even has a food processor and a deep fryer available for communal use.

Minimum move in cost is 2 weeks bond plus 1 weeks rent. Also please note minimum 1 weeks notice to leave although more notice than this would be greatly appreciated.
