I am 49 and work out at mines on a 7/7 roster.
On my 7 days off I have my 3 daughters who are 11,9 and 4.
I like to keep busy with them and we go on a lot of adventures.
I try to keep fit with boxing and gym most days and I am a non smoker.
Ideal situation is you also work out at mines on 7/7 roster and we line up to be back to back.
This way it will not affect you on your days off and house to yourself to enjoy.
