We are located in a quiet street, only 5 minutes drive from Mackay CBD, 3 minute walk to the closest bus stop, and about a 10 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens. We enjoy our neighbourhood and have well established neighbours with children who we would like to be respectful of.
The room will suit someone who is easy going, respectful of others property and space, non smoker. Being super clean is also a must!
The house is currently occupied with tenants of ages between 20-30.
My partner and I live in the granny flat right beside the house with our 3 year old son and 5 month old baby.

About the flatmates
Looking to fill the main upstairs bedroom with a couple who is super clean, laid back and can pay rent on time. (Also non-smokers).
The bedroom for rent is $315 for a single person, $415 for a couple.
The house is designed for very separate living. There are two kitchens, bathrooms and lounge rooms. The only thing that is shared between all housemates is the laundry located downstairs.
On street parking only! We have a wide street with plenty of parking space.
Your weekly rent will include Unlimited Telstra NBN Internet, Water and Electricity.
Before moving in 4 weeks rent as bond is required.
This rental agreement is a periodic lease. All you need to do is provide 4 weeks notice whenever you would like to vacate. 4 month minimum stay is preferred. If you vacate before 4 months, a fee of $250 will be taken from your bond. This stops transient people treating the house like it's an AirBnb.
