About the flatmates
Hi, i am John (31) the owner of the house and will only be at the house for 1 week each month, as i will be working in Melbourne most of the time. When i am back, i will be sharing the main house bathroom. The other housemates all have their own ensuites. The other housemates are, James (M), Matthew (M) and Nisha (F) who study or work around Albury/Wodonga.
We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, clean, tidy and considerate. Cleaning activities in the common areas are split between housemates as we try to keep the common areas clean. We all try to settle in by 10pm so that the house is nice and quiet so we can get a good nights sleep as some of us start work early.
Bills are split as they come in, electricity, gas, water, and internet. Over a full year this averages to about $20-25/person each week.
