The property is a five-minute drive from the beach and has a spacious, comfortable layout. Inside, there is a large open-plan living area as well as a smaller second living space. The house is currently lacking in furniture, so you’re more than welcome to bring your own furniture, keeping in mind that I do have pets.

The main living area is fitted with a split system, and there is also an indoor wood heater for the cooler months. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, includes a wardrobe, and has access to a linen cupboard just outside the room that can be used for extra storage. I have plenty of storage in my own room, so this cupboard would be available for your use.

The room comes with its own bathroom, and the house is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is plenty of off-street parking with a very large driveway and a remote-controlled gate. The backyard is generous in size and includes a great outdoor entertaining area for barbecues, along with an outdoor fire area.
