About the property
Hi everyone!
I am moving into this rental in two weeks and looking for 3 other housemates to move in with me. This is an unfurnished, 4x2 house, located 4 minutes by car away from the hospital. The house includes a decent sized backyard and an undercover seating area.
All bedrooms are unfurnished. You will be sharing a bathroom and will have access to off-street parking.
Rent is $162.5 per week not including bills (electricity, water and internet), which will be split beween 4 people.
Bond is $650 (4 weeks worth of rent) which you will get back when you move out provided you don't damage anything or mess up the place :)
I am looking for mature, grounded housemates who work regular hours and have a full life outside the house. Someone considerate, clean and comfortable within themselves. Clear, kind and respectful communication is important.

About the flatmates
I am a medical professional from Perth, working fulltime in Bunbury.
Work keeps me very busy and out of the house most of the time but while I am at home, I love cooking for people and having a yarn with my housemates with some music in the background :)
