This could be the most modern house in the blue-chip pocket of this area. Very close (12 mins ) walk or 2 mins drive to station & shopping Centre. 7 mins walk to few medical centers nearby. The shopping center has Kmart, bunnings, Hungary jacks, Maccas, Thai, Indian, Italian restaurants and cafes, Barber, chiropractors, veggie market etc pretty much everything walking distance. So you don't need a car to live here.

The area is equidistant 35 mins by train to southern cross (Melbourne CBD) and almost the same to the Geelong. So this good for both side commuters Geelong and Melbourne CBD.

In the house we have everything including the kitchenware like plates, pans, pots, cutleries in numbers so you don't need to buy anything. The pantry is quite huge to store our food and plenty of storage space in the garage if you have extra things to store somewhere.
