The house is a modern, light-filled 3-bedroom home that feels super spacious. It has an open-plan living and dining area that’s great for hanging out, plus a dedicated study nook if you need a quiet spot to work or study.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of bench space (perfect if you like to cook). We also have ducted heating and split-system cooling, so it’s always comfortable regardless of Melbourne’s crazy weather.
Outside, there’s a low-maintenance backyard that’s perfect for a morning coffee or a weekend BBQ. The best part is definitely the location - being a 5-minute walk to Wyndham Vale Station means you can easily get to the CBD without needing a car, and Manor Lakes Shopping Centre is just around the corner for groceries.
NOTE:
To ensure the house stays spacious and relaxed, the maximum number of people in the house will be 3 (including me). This means if a couple moves in, no other rooms will be rented out. You won't be living in a crowded share house!
