We have a sunny room available in Wyndham Vale! Looking for an awesome couple ideally to join us but are open to individuals. Unfortunately, there's no space for any free range pets as Charlie, our 14 y.o. choccy lab is enjoying his retirement.

Availability: Available immediately, however, we're looking for the right housemates so happy to wait for them to come along.

A little about the house:
The house has separate living areas upstairs and downstairs. There is central heating and evaporative cooling. There's a theatre you're welcome to use and we have 1000/100 internet. It is a brand new home, completed in the last 6 months. The house is fully furnished (room can be furnished or unfurnished). It's a four bedroom house but you'll be the only additional people in the home. You will have a bathroom and toilet that will be private 95% of the time unless there are guests over. You will also have a walk in robe and your own study nook to set up a desk computer etc. for WFH or gaming. There is also a back yard and alfresco that we're currently in progress of making a little more user friendly. We are 5 min drive or so from the Wyndham Vale train station or a 25-30 min walk if you feel so inclined. From there it's an approx.. 40 min train ride into Southern Cross. Werribee plaza is approx. a 30 min drive for all your major shopping needs, local Coles is only a 5 min drive. Parking wise there is available on street parking.

We try to keep the place tidy and respect the use of shared spaces so we need someone ready to do the same. We have a pretty unique mish mash of style throughout the home. We occasionally like to have friends and family visit for drinks and to socialise, so would be happy for our housemate to do the same. However to be clear, this is not a party house.
