Must have job..No Drugs I’m easy going, great backyard with large deck. Bus stop across the road, 5min to Wyoming shops and 10min to train station and hospital , shared bathroom must be clean and tidy plus help with cleaning the place, WiFi included but split the power bill PEFER WOMEN BUT WILL CONSIDER A MALE. BUT NO COUPLES AND NO PETS
