It's cosy and convenient! I have a 3 bedroom townhouse, but for comfort, will only be renting out one bedroom so that we have more space. The third bedroom will be made into a cosy office with a TV so that we have extra living areas. 3 minute drive to Narara Station, 2 minute drive to the gym, 2 minute walk to Coles, Aldi, coffee shops, take away spots and anything you could need.
The home has everything from all kitchen necessities, a laundry, couch and dining space.
An array of beaches are all 15-20 minutes away.
It's a 2 story townhouse, so it's comfortable with lots of light and courtyard out the back!
