Hi!
Room with a shared bathroom, available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex.
Currently Sharing with one young females
who works and studies, a new housemate in the new year.
I am leaving in March for 3 months, can supply the house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, house furniture and garage for $550 a week if interested for the shorterm.
I have 2 french bulldogs who live and sleep inside my room, and remain inside the house whenever I am not home (animal lovers only please).
I do not have room for another dog or cat, I’m sorry.
I work and study full time, try to balance my spare time between studying, my mates and training. Quiet nights here, not a party house.
Very much private and will respect your personal space. I also keep an extremely tidy home, and would like to only share it with someone who is like minded.
Rent includes water and CCTV coverage of the property, power is split between all housemates.
Rent also includes cleaning of all common areas and outdoor garden and lawns. You are only required to clean up after yourself as you go, and your private bathroom/bedroom.
