About me:
Hey there! I’m a friendly, respectful and fairly quiet 23-year-old looking for a housemate to share my home. I work 3-4 days a week and keep a pretty steady routine. I’m not much of a party person - I enjoy a calm, comfortable home and value open communication and mutual respect. While I’m happy to keep to myself I’m always up for a chat or a laugh!
I’m clean and considerate in shared spaces and I’m looking for someone similar. I like my home to feel relaxed and safe rather than chaotic.
Pets:
The household includes a friendly Staffy and a cat, so it’s important you’re comfortable with pets - (bonus points if you love cats!), and if you have your own cat I’m happy to discuss.
Cars:
I’m a car lover at heart and have a skyline - it’s a little noisey. I’m obviously not sitting at home revving it - but it’s worth mentioning for anyone sensitive to loud cars. If you also share a passion for cars, I’m happy to discuss sharing the two- car garage! My daily driver doesn’t have to be in there.
The house and rooms:
The house has four bedrooms; I’ve taken photos of my favourite room at the front of the house (apologies for the terrible photos😅). I currently have three rooms available. Rent listed is for one room, but if you’d like to use an additional room, set up a personal workspace or share the garage we can discuss a fair adjustment. The bathroom will be solely yours.
Lease & utilities:
The successful applicant will need to be added to the lease and will share utilities. Rent is $290/week for one room with shared access to the living spaces, kitchen, and you’re own private bathroom. I don’t currently have internet but if this is something you’re after I’m happy to discuss splitting the cost.
