Room in a large multi-level home with three living spaces inside (tv room, library and main lounge) and two outside (deck and by pool). Polished timber floors and tiles throughout. Bedroom is large and is furnished but you will need your own linen. Air conditioning is available in bedrooms. Air conditioning is also in kitchen, upstairs and downstairs living areas. House receives nice sea breezes also. Large swimming pool to cool off in. Sea-views from upstairs lounge and deck as well as views to the North and West. Great sunsets especially in Winter. Electricity, water, wifi, gas are all included in the rent. House is cleaned fortnightly by professionals. Flatmates are expected to assist keeping house clean and tidy at other times. Rent is due in advance each week. No smoking inside or outside.

Originally from NZ but been in CQ since 2010. Relaxed home with plenty of space. Like to share meals when possible. Into swimming, yoga, gardening, reading, music and singing. I speak a little French and German and I would appreciate flatmates who can converse in these languages also.
