The female housemates in household are respectful, friendly and tidy.

Wood fire heating is used in home.
Fully furnished large room with queen bed, bedsides, wall length built in robes.
There is an opportunity for horse agistment included in a private paddock/ with full size riding arena usage.
Applicant must be working fulltime, clean, tidy, respectful person.
Strictly no alcoholics or drug abusers.
Non or outside smokers only.
Longer term applicants only considered.
Off street parking available. Room for horse float at stables.
