About the property

Your own studio-setup within a flat: private bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony.

Designer duplex apartment with high ceilings and some flexible spaces that look pretty awesome.

Upstairs, the layout places two bathrooms between the bedrooms, giving both rooms their own private feel.

Downstairs, we have the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops, a dishwasher, and an internal laundry with a dryer. As you can see in the pictures, the open living and dining area leads to this enclosed balcony/winter garden, which is pretty neat.

10-minute walk to Green Square train station.
5-minute walk to Woolies.
4-minute walk to Gunyama Park (Gym and Aquatic Centre).

About the flatmates

Hi, I'm Dio, a gay man and an active academic who stays busy and approaches life with an easygoing attitude. I enjoy a good balance: usually quiet nights in, but happy to join for the occasional drink or chat. Having shared places for a while, I value keeping things clean, respectful, and friendly, a good mix of privacy and sociability.

Well-travelled, I have visited 40+ countries, which speaks to my curiosity and interest in culture and diversity. I’m into reading, art galleries, music, travelling, self-development, respect, and building meaningful relationships.

I’m looking for a flatmate who works full-time, is respectful and available to create a "home sweet home" atmosphere. Someone with previous experience with house-sharing and the ability to keep our home clean and tidy is preferred.

I’m far from living in a party house, but happy with occasional social dinners and drinks. Please get in touch if we seem compatible.
