Beautiful house in Brunswick West! Really spacious bedrooms and living areas with a lovely backyard. There's a heater, high ceilings, good sunlight. Internets pretty good $70 (split 3 ways) a month and plenty of it. Bills are also pretty good. Rent is $869 a month And bond is $1180. Our current housemate is moving out around the end of June but thats open to a bit of discussion. Smokers all good as long as its done outside. Prefer some who is lgbtqi+ friendly and aware of mental health diversity

We are renting a really spacious “room” in a garage with a toilet in our lovely three storey Victorian house, which has three bedrooms, three toilets, a shower and a small bathtub. The house is located a 1 minute walking from a tram station (tram 58 which goes directly to the city) and about 10 minutes walking from a train station (Jewell Station). We are really close to the supermarket and a couple of cafes and shops. Sydney Road is just 15 minutes walking from the house.
This house has quite a character - she was built in the late 1920's and has many of the design features of the period intact - columns, ornate plasterwork in the ceilings, a window seat in the lounge, large communal spaces, separate kitchen and dining room, an extra outdoor loo and laundry, a large under cover area overlooking the yard with a lemon tree and a large persimmon tree. It's on the 58 tram line, just around the corner from Grantham St precinct, a short journey to the CBD and the Upfield train at Brunswick station is a short walk away. She also has had some upgrades, thankfully, hydronic heating throughout, new blinds, upgrade to the bathroom. The Mediterranean kitchen is basic, no self closing drawers sorry but, everything works well, it's funky, definitely not beige- think Wabi Sabi and you’ll fall in love with this place. Hello there, We are looking for a new member to join our Moreland road family. We have a huge room with an ensuite available. It has it’s own entrance and even air-con. Bill are kept simple and we have included it in the rent. Which include WiFi, foxtel (every channel), aircon, water, gas etc. The house is always clean, but we take turns running the mop over the kitchen once per week. Parking is easy, no permits needed! There are 3 parks available in the driveway and heaps in the side street. There has never been a problem. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 of them have ensuites and the other 2 do not. We're all very busy professional people and it's a rare (and exciting) event for us all to be home at the same time. The ideal housemate will be a happy and friendly busy bee like us, someone that is up for a chit chat and a wine here and there but has a life of their own. We have a pretty nice place everyone is friendly with full time day jobs so week nights are pretty quiet as its not a party house although on the weekends theres usually something happening either going out or having drinks... Bills are about $50 per month in the summer and winter around $100 There's loads of room to drink and have bbqs we also have a fire pit in the backyard so thats pretty cool for those summer nights Drop us a msg if u wanna take a walk though and meet the team. Friendly vibrant house also comes with a massive backyard for those summer sundays.
