Hi! We have a room in a 3 bedroom house, the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, full length mirrors and there is enough space for a queen bed. You will be sharing a bathroom/toilet with one other person. The house is well equipped and fully furnished (not the bedrooms) with air conditioning (also not in the bedrooms). We actually have two bedrooms up for grabs both exactly the same as the one pictured just opposite each other, one will be available from December 1st and the other from December 18th. Can't stress what a fantastic location we have here - directly across the road from Claremont train station (2 min walk) and also across the road from Claremont quarter with tons of shops and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. We are also 5 minutes from the Claremont pool and Lake Claremont if you like talking strolls as much as we do! We love this house as it has character (but is well maintained) and also has 2 lemon trees and an orange tree out the back :) We split all bills including internet and have a lovely cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the common areas, which just makes life easier ($20 each a fortnight)
The apartment is located in Claremont, only 10 mins walk from the train station, gym and swimming pool and 15 mins to Claremont shopping center. The area is nice and quiet. It takes only 15 mins to get to the city or Freo.
Large old house in Claremont, 100m from Loch Street station. One stop to Claremont Quarter, a leisurely 10 minutes to the beach, and nearby deli/ bottle-o/ coffee joints. The house is on a giant block - good for summer barbecue's and winter warmers. There is plenty of off-street parking, and a shed for bike storage. Included in the rent is a large, attached room for your own use as a private study/ lounge, and unlimited NBN 100 access. Bills are reasonable and we split household shopping evenly. Netflix and Foxtel is available in the main lounge room. The attached study has a built-in wardrobe, but the rooms are otherwise unfurnished. Large, fairly old house in Claremont, in a quiet street with friendly neighbours. Close to train stations, Claremont Quarter and bike-riding distance to UWA. Heaps of living space, decent sized kitchen and laundry, and a good sized backyard as well- we enjoy having people around for a barbie or dinner. Plenty of off-street parking and a shed for bike storage. House is fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty- there's an old bed frame available in the shed but you're probably better off bringing your own.
This house is an older style home but it has a lot of character. There is an outside entertaining area and also 2 storage sheds. Its close to stirling hwy and also not far from the claremont quarter. It is in a quiet street and there is a double carport. There is air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan plus lots of cupboard space. The second room can be used as a sitting area or study/office. It has storage plus a fire place. There is also gas heating. I have purchased a new bed with linen. Cleaning is provided in the rent and is done every fortnight. I prefer non smokers and no pets.

This house is great. Its modern, well organised and well equipped. Its 2min to the bus, and 5mins to the train station. Two stops one way takes you to Subiaco, and 2 stops the other way to Claremont. You only have to clean your own mess, the cleaner takes care of the toilets, showers, floors and general house cleaning. You are welcome to use the lovely garden spots to sit, the barbecue and pool. The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. House rules are common sense: respect fellow house mates, and take a normal length shower. Singles only, sorry no couples.
Well its a great house, well equipped, modern, comfortable, well organised. Everyone cleans their own mess, and the cleaner comes for 4 hours every week to do the showers, floors, kitchen and toilet at no additional cost to you. Its a 5min walk to the train or 2min to the bus. Claremont or Subiaco just two train stops away. Theres lovely garden spots to sit, a BBQ, a pool, air conditioning, dishwasher and a nice big modern kitchen. Theres a separate entrance for people to come and go as they please. Looking for single people only, sorry no couples.
The property is perfectly located near swanbourne beach (5 min max walk) right next to Allan park and very close to popular cafes (Kirkwood, daisies etc) All living spaces will be fully furnished and we’re flexible on furnishing the room we have up for rent - we have extra beds, cupboards etc in storage so if you prefer a furnished room that can definitely be organised :)
Hi, looking for a new housemates to share with 2 guys in their 30's and a couple. Nice old character home in Nedlands near the Captain Stirling IGA. 50 meters from the nearest bus stop and within walking distance of lock St train station. Very suitable for UNI students as the rent is cheap and it's close to UWA but anyone down to earth, honest and reliable is welcome. NBN is due to be contacted shortly but currently we have unlimited GB broadband. We are all friendly and social but mostly do our own thing and respect each others space. The house is in a great location between the city, beach and river with a lovely outdoor area and pool and BBQ to enjoy through summer. The owners of the house look after the garden and pool too. Being a 2 bedroom house, there is lots of space to enjoy and relax in. It a 2 minute walk from the river and 10 minute drive to the beach so its perfect for people who like the water and being outdoors. Its a pretty quiet road so not much noise around. There is a bus route on the road into the city.

Two of our lovely housemates are leaving due to work and travel and so the hunt is on again to find the right people to join us :) It is a great house to live in if you want to be able to focus but still sit back relax and enjoy the evening. It is a student/professional house and not a party house. However, we like to share a meal and catch up over a glass of wine when we get the chance. Good vibes! Easy living. House is clean but lived in. Everyone helps out at rent inspections and does their bit to tidy up after themselves when needed. Its a big house with a massive back yard and shed for storage or hanging. The pics really don't do the place justice. Smoking is outside only. And we have a rather timid cat and sooky dog :) Everything in working order. Gas hot water and oven. Dishwasher. WIFI, big screen TV, couches, musical instruments, washing machine, under cover clothes line, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, huge pantry etc

huuuge house smack bang in the middle of a bunch of cool places (captain stirling, 24 hour IGA, UWA, broadway) Its a pretty huge room,big enough for a king bed & a study space. There’s a huge backyard & front garden waiting for a green thumb to love 😂 There’s a second living space & huge outdoor brick shed currently getting a makeover so we’d love some more input into making it as great as possible. House itself is quite chill, big enough that you get a lot of your own space but beverages and general hanging strongly encouraged.
The WHITEHOUSE was fittingly named after our beloved house pet George Washington (it's a peg octopus). Also, the house is white. It is situated just a short little meander from UWA (15min walk), IGA (10min walk) and I guess Cap S (if you are young enough to find this enticing). If you drive, it is minutes away from these previously mentioned places and also about a 7minute drive to Claremont Quarter and 13 minutes to the beach! It is a beautiful, old style house (3x1.5) with high ceilings, massive rooms and an even more massive yard that is perfect for summer chill times. Given its an old house it gets a little chilly in the winter but nothing a woolen jumper can’t fix, other than that it's really in excellent condition. Our Landlord it very reasonable and he likes us, so we have never really had a house inspection. He also helps out quite a lot in terms of taking care of our massive yard, which is handy if you struggle to keep pots plants alive like me. And besides all these great qualities Nedlands is a brilliant place to live in general. Super leafy streets. The room: The room up for grabs is actually more like two rooms. The first has a chest of draws. The second is a sunroom with tonnes of natural light with a desk and wardrobe. We can remove all the furniture except the wardrobe if you are coming with your own stuff. Currently there is no bed but if you do not have a bed there is a single bed available if you want it (currently it is in the lounge for guests when they stay)

Why: It a great location for UWA students, you won’t need to catch the bus or find parking at UWA, its also a good price for the area, and if you see how big the room is. Where: We are located 2 walk minutes from the art, education and architecture campus , and 5 minutes walk from the UWA main campus. We are also 5-10 minutes walk from th QEII hospital complex and UWA medical library. it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city by bus from Stirling highway and about 30 minutes to get to Cottesloe beach by bus. Cottesloe is only 10 minutes way if you have your own car

Brenda is the lease-holder of the property and the bonus is that she only works part time and is responsible for all the gardening and cleaning of common areas. We like to maintain a laid-back family atmosphere. Clean and tidy but not pedantic. All linen is provided if required. So all you need to do is look after your own room with plenty of time to work (or play). The Family/dining room is airconditioned and overlooks back garden with outdoor barbecue area complete with outdoor table and ten chairs for Summer time barbeques. Our new housemate must be comfortable with dogs and hopefully you enjoy music. It would be a bonus if you shared those interests. Also if you enjoy the occasional shared meal, a drink or home-cooked cake, then this is for you. Beautiful garden to relax in and the cafe strip in the next street
