The house itself is large and very spacious through with open plan living. The Master along with the kitchen,study, butlers pantry, dining, formal lounge,linen, powder room and deck is located upstairs whilst down stairs has media, bedrooms 1,2 & 3, laundry, bathroom, separate toilet, rumpus/living, linen cupboards x 2, carport access and 2 smaller decks one at the front porch and one at the back. The carport is secure and easily fits 4 cars but accommodates trailers etc which I use for work so street parking is the best bet and there is plenty of it. The house has ducted conditioning and fans throughout. As it stand the yard is enclosed and new turf and soil has been laid in the last few weeks. For the most part the renovation is done but over time I will be looking to do more future work to the backyard including a pool, spa etc. So your understanding and patience would be appreciated The house is only 50% furnished with most of it been upstairs.. I am due to have the remainder of the furniture (media room, rumpus etc) in the next 2 months. I am also open about you bringing your own furniture if wanted. Great location and almost new apartment (been here for 6 months). Close to Toombul shopping Centre, Ascot bars/restaurants and Fortitude Valley. Traffic is really easygoing and plenty of all-day parking available on the road outside the apartment. You have your own spacious and light-filled bedroom with massive wardrobe, private outdoor area and your own new bathroom (no fighting for the mirror or shower!) It's also really quiet considering it's close-ish to the main road (ease of transport without the noise of a main road outside your room) There's a really lovely N facing outdoor courtyard which gets plenty of sun morning and evening.
