About the property
Our house is in a great location, within walking distance is several restaurants, shops and bars it's very close to a train station and several bus routes. It has plenty of room and a few bare walls which we'd love some help decorating, the room is on the ground floor and has a set of shelves which come with it. we have plenty of air con and with fans in every room so it's easy to keep cool in the Brissy heat. we have a large kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove, as well as a large dining area and study with plenty of storage cupboards nearby. We all like to have a safe welcoming environment and do like to entertain occasionally. We hope to find someone who will fit into our established vibe well and be keen for the occasional hang out.

About the flatmates
Hey, My name is Danny, I am 28yo Voice Teacher and Researcher, I love playing music, watching gigs, sunsets and cooking at home. Me and my housemates like to foster a welcoming and comforting vibe, and do like to spend time together when were all home, whether thats having a glass of wine with dinner or playing some fun games. Theres two other flatmates currently, Yuta and Jenn and were all keen to add the right person to our home.
A little about everyone in the house; Jenn is a 27yo Restaurant Supervisor and loves to chat and have a glass of wine while cooking or playing video games. usually down for an adventure when not working and ken to see more of the city as she just recently moved from Tassie.
Yuta is 25 and works in a bar/restaurant, also recently moved from Japan. enjoys fishing, cooking, love to binge a show or two and keeping it chill.
FYI: Unfortunately we CAN’T have pets on the property (realestates rules).
