This large double bedroom at the rear of the house has a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and a private balcony overlooking the garden and trees.

This is a super-quiet, friendly, gorgeous home in a gated community far from the road. All rooms have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans on variable speeds, heating in all rooms, a bath, shower, and heat lamps, and a shared garden/patio area with a BBQ.

The large first-floor landing area is a shared office/leisure space with a very comfy brown leather 2-seater sofa, a large desk, a monitor, and a swivel office chair.

The house is cleaned regularly and is super clean.

Wi-Fi and water are included in the rent, and electricity is charged at 33% of the total (approx. $85 per month). All other utilities are included in the rent.
