Hi I’m Hannah I’m 35 I’m a professional working female and work across two jobs. I work as a full time Nanny for a local family from 3pm daily and on weekends and work in their wellness business full time during the day Monday to Friday. I also pet sit in the area for 30 percent of the year and travel two to three times overseas with the family.
I am easy live with as I am hardly ever home!
I am easy going - I don’t drink/smoke and enjoy being busy.
I am seeking female who is also easy going, and has open communication skills.
The apartment has a seperate study room which can be yours as extra space or spare room if you ever have a guest visiting. As I work on average a 60 hour week I only need the apartment for going to sleep and for my one day off a week.
You will feel like you have your own apartment however, the bonus of sharing bills and rent.
Looking forward to January and moving into a new space with someone who is kind and trusty worthy.
If you are interested in lower rent we can rent both bedrooms and I am happy to take study due to hardly ever being there. This would lower rent to $250 per official bedroom. I am happy with either option.
