It’s a 3 bedroom bedroom house in Preston, within close walking distance to the 86 tram, Preston station, Preston Market, Aldi, Woolworths and lots of yummy restaurants. This lovely two-story town house is situated in a quiet, leafy street in Preston. The floors are all polished wood (except for wet areas). Nice light filled rooms that are of a good size. 5 mins walk to Bell train station and 8 mins walk to tram 11. Only ten minutes walk to High st Preston where there are fantastic Asian restaurants Preston market is also there which has so many bargains and a great vibe on a Saturday morning. The house has two bathrooms, central lounge and kitchen, large back yard with massive vegetable patch. One bathroom has a shower over bath, twin basins, heat lamps and toilet. Second bathroom has a toilet and shower and is closer to the rear room and kind of like a spare or back up for all if the other is occupied. If the person occupying the rear room would like exclusive use that can be negotiated.
