Huge six bedroom house with two offices and three living areas on one and a half acres, so plenty of space! The house is truly huge and needs to be seen to be believed. There are four spare bedrooms upstairs and I am looking for two new housemates only. So you are more than welcome to take two rooms each and use the other for a storage or study. You will have your own bathroom (shared with the other new flatmate). The toilet is separate to the shower and bath, and there is a third toilet downstairs. There are two big bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and the other with a builtin wardrobe. The third bedroom has a stand alone wardrobe and the fourth bedroom is smaller but has a builtin wardrobe too. This room is generally set up as a spare bedroom for any guests. I honestly don't mind which bedroom is used, so take your pick. There is an outside spa and a fire pit which is great for relaxing, and a door through in to the downstairs bar area (which can also be set up as another lounge room). Sorry the pictures of the bedrooms did not work very well at all, best to come and inspect them :) I can be a bit flexible on the move in date if needed, as there are three spare bedrooms at the moment. Ducted aircon throughout the house, unlimited wireless internet is included however limited usage (no gaming or downloading or other heavy usage during the day as I use it for work). Dishwasher, coffee machine with a grinder, ice cream maker, break maker, juicer. There is a robot vac which can be used on both levels of the house. There is an outside spa which can be accessed from the lounge room or bar area. All utilities are included in the rent, except if we use excess water. The house is pet friendly for dogs. I would prefer small to medium dogs as my dogs are small and also the dog door to the fenced dog yard is only medium size. But if your dog is quiet and well trained may consider larger dogs who get along with small dogs. The dogs are not allowed upstairs as it is all carpeted, so only pet friendly on the lower level. There is a gate to keep the dogs downstairs at night. Dogs MUST be fully house trained. If you need a bedroom that your dog can go in to with you then there is a room available downstairs that can be a bedroom (currently being used as a library). There is a dog door to a fenced dog yard. Part of the rest of the property is fenced for my chickens and a duck. Other outside animals are welcome. The property is big enough for horses, however is not yet fenced. So if you have some electric fencing, also suitable for a horse :) There are lots of outside pots and plants, every herb you could wish for, and some veggies. You are more than welcome to bring any pots, plants etc as there is room galore outside. There is a bus stop 400m away that takes you up to the Cleveland Train Station. Also other buses that go across to Garden City or Carindale. Triple lock up garage, so you are welcome to park your car inside the garage, otherwise there is lots of off street parking. There will also be some storage space in the garage, and in the shed outside. Very quiet area, and quiet neighbours. I have security cameras for peace of mind, however have never had any dramas at all. Sorry no children, and non-smokers only. You will need to go on the lease and fill out an application form with the real estate, however it will be a periodic lease to allow greater flexibility.

The community: Overall this is a nice complex to live in, I know the managers well and they look after me and the property. It is a quiet street. Located in Victoria Point, this home offers off street parking, secure gated community with access to two pools and BBQ areas. Both pools are within walking distance from this unit. Friends and family are also able to swim here, as long as they are accompanied by the tenant residing on premises. This gated community is within 10 minutes walking distance to Bunnings, Medical Centre, Woolworth's supermarket, chemist, takeaway stores, barber salon and a few other shops, there are even more stores within 5 minutes driving distance across the intersection. Basically, there are lots of shops very close to this complex. There is also the Victoria Point Tavern and Sharks within 10 minutes either side of the complex if that is something you would like. If you are into exercise, you can go for a walk toward the cricket nets and the oval. Approximately 15 minute walk towards a major shopping centre, you have access to a bus terminal as well which go to all suburbs locally. McDonalds, KFC and one other fastfood restaurants are all 10 minutes drive away. The room: A double sized room which would house a queen sized bed, desk if you have one and a chest of drawers. The room has a single bed & matress included if needed. Can easily be dismantled & stored if not. As shown in pictures, there is a double wardrobe with built-in shelves if you don't have any drawers. Short term/long term welcome, ideally I'd prefer someone long term however am open to short term of minimum two months. The window overlooks the street in the complex, not the main road, and there are vertical blinds for privacy. There is off street parking right in front of this unit, or there are visitors parts close by the other tenants can also use. However, the park in front of the unit is for another tenant while I have the garage. The House: is fully furnished 3 Bedrooms upstairs, one is obviously mine with an en suite, another one is my study which has been a work in progress as I only moved in here last February. I am looking for a honest, clean, non-smoking, working professional with a sense of humour seeking a quiet place to call home. I really need someone who can pay their own way. I also would like someone whom can offer personal space and doesn't mind silence, but also who can have a chat! Expenses: The room is $190, with two weeks rent in advance & 4 weeks bond. Payable before you take up tenancy. Bond will not be refunded at the end unless you: give me 4 weeks notice of intention to leave OR you can't pay your rent during tenancy. Added expenses are just electricity and gas so far, to give an idea of the cost, last bills I had with power being $48.70 and gas being $22, it was quite cheap and although sharing would obviously incur slightly additional charges, having two people would naturally make the cost cheaper. I used my air con during the heat wave a lot at night, very hard to sleep in the heat which was almost like a sauna.
