I purchased this apartment in 2014. It is walking distance to Knox City shopping centre and a stone's throw away from Glen Waverley. There is a direct bus to Glen Waverley station from right outside the apartment. The room comes fully furnished and you will have your own toilet. Looking for singles only, but if you have a partner, he/she is more than welcomed over on weekends. Would prefer if weeknights are just us as I like to crash at the end of the day, or have a drink or two. Of course exceptions can be made! I value cleanliness and tidiness in a housemate, and someone who is willing to share cleaning duties. The apartment comes with a washing machine as well. All bills included, including 100gb of wifi. I barely watch TV so the TV is all yours. Also I am a huge animal lover and would consider pets but probably better if we have a discussion prior.

Wantirna is a great place to live as you will have access to public transport (737, 901 are some right outside the house and more in the Knox City bus bay, Boronia & Bayswater stations are a short drive, and the 75 tram is a short bus ride away). Westfield Knox is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk away for all your shopping needs. Electricity bills come monthly (about $25/pp), gas bills come bi-monthly (about $30/pp), water comes quarterly (about $15/pp), Internet bills come monthly ($20pp). This is a non-smoking, non-drug household. Couples welcome. In terms of house rules - we're pretty flexi: just clean up after yourself & take care of other people's property/ask.
