About the flatmates

I'm Dave, currently living with 3 others, Charlotte, Amber & Bridie. I've been in this sharehouse for 5 years now, while the others have joined over the last 18 months. One of the team has decided to look for their own space so we're now looking for a new person to join us.

The room is 4.30 x 3.30 plus a huge amount of closet space. Whoever occupies this room would share a toilet and bathroom with only 1 other (Charlotte) so at this stage would prefer another female to join the house.

We have 1 cat living with us George who's nearly 15. George is a very friendly boy, but we wouldn't be able to accept anyone with pets at this stage.

Bills are extremely manageable, on average we pay around $100-$120 per month and we each chip in for general household items and collect once a month.

The room won't be furnished, but the rest of the house is. We have 2 fridges and a stand up freezer.

We're in a fairly quiet area, however we are very close to a primary school, so drop off and pick up times can be a little hectic for about 20 mins a day.

It's a sociable house, but we all do enjoy our time on our own. Looking for respectful and considerate housemates who are willing to pull their weight with housework etc.

I myself had originally only planned to stay on the original lease term, but hard to walk away from a good household and one that's as cheap as it is.

Happy to answer any and all questions you might have.
