About the flatmates
Student room for rent (furnished) – 2 minutes walk across the street to Flinders university/Bedford Park campus (Nursing building).
The rent includes all bills. Nothing to pay extra. It also includes heating and cooling inside the room for rent & unlimited quick Internet access (NBN) etc.
I will wait only for 2 weeks for someone to move in and don't take long-term bookings. You have to be able to look at the room in person.
This is a FEMALE HOUSE only. This house is a female safe environment with no visitors allowed to stay overnight. It is very suited for international female students. It also is NOT a house for partying, but it is a pleasant study environment with students who take their studies serious.
Strict house rules apply e.g. the house is a quiet house after 10pm, no pets, no smoking inside etc.
I am looking for a student who is tidy, respectful with others and willing to clean the house once a week together with the other students.
There are lovely female students living in this house. Come and join them. They are international female students from China, Peru and Sri Lanca and Vietnam.
The house has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
