My house is a quiet and serene oasis near busy roads with excellent shopping & travel options, either into or away from the city. We are behind a high brick fence, on a quiet, no through road, close to the city, with lots of shopping & eating out options.
The yard is cool with trees and lawns front & back, which are cared for by the owner and a gardener.
All cooking and washing options are provided, with fans, double glazed windows and cooling & heating available to every room.
There is a large patio with seating outdoors for relaxation and socialising. A barbecue is available for cooking if required.

About the flatmates
My home would suit young international women, who are studying in Adelaide and may want to improve their English skills through conversation. The house and outside areas will belong to the 2 females who will have their own bedrooms and share all other facilities. Everything is supplied in the house and all bills are included in the rent. There is fast NBN connected; a dishwasher; TV; washing machine; reverse cycle zoned air conditioning and all kitchen appliances.
I'm an older female; laidback and quiet, with an expectation that my housemates will be of similar ilk.
They will need to like animals as there are 2 dogs; one large & one small, with an elderly cat. The animals will travel with the owner when she is away. I will occasionally live at the property in my own accomodation. I will use the garage for my belongings and only require access to the house for the toilet (rear of home in the laundry) & potentially the kitchen.
The house is being painted at the end of March, with replaced items where required. I am happy if someone wants to move in prior to this time, as long as they're aware of the disruptions to the house at this time.
