The house is located by a busy road during the day. It's quite at night. There is a couple of restaurants and the a really good bakery across the house that makes amazing bread and coffee. The butchers next door are lovely. There is a beautiful walkway behind the house which is immersed in nature. My most favorite part is the Creek that is right behind the house. If you enjoy nature this is the place for you. The bus passes the house. There is a train station 4min away. The blackwood shopping center is 5-10 min away. The bedroom shown in the photos is what is available. Can provide with office/study desk, chair, bed side table at this stage. Bed can be negotiable. Bathroom and kitchen utensils fridge space, washing machine all shared. Wish only for you to clean after yourself.
I like to dog sit once in awhile and might think of getting a small sized dog in the future. So hope that's okay with you. I get a cleaner to come clean the common spaces every two weeks. Internet, utility bill included in rent.
