Large room to rent in well presented 4 bedroom house close to public transport. Due to a large number of requests please understand the following.
shared house however I am busy 90% of the time working two jobs therefore you will have the place to yourself most of the time.
The house is fully furnished.
Couples will be considered however the rent will be reflective of this (more than $260
Utilities will be shared on proportion of occupancy ie If you are there 100% and I am not then utility bills are your responsibility.
