This two‑story home has a relaxed, easygoing feel and is set up for comfortable everyday living. There are three toilets throughout the house, so no one is ever waiting around, and you’ll have your own private bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet. a big plus for privacy and convenience.
The shared spaces are super chill. The living room and kitchen are designed for unwinding, cooking, hanging out, or just enjoying a calm moment. It’s a cozy setup that suits quiet evenings, cooking with a vibe, or low‑key social time.
Storage is limited, so it’s best suited for someone who doesn’t bring a huge amount of stuff. There’s room for about one bikes worth of storage, but not much more. Parking is on the street, and it’s usually straightforward.
All the essentials are already here, everything you need for washing clothes, cooking meals, coffee and day‑to‑day living is provided, so you can settle in without needing to bring appliances.
The train is about 15m a walk. Goes straight to CBD.
The buses are everywhere as well.

Beccy and Foxx. The home reflects our personalities: calm, groovy, and easygoing. We like a peaceful environment where everyone can unwind, do their own thing, and feel comfortable just being themselves.
Most days are pretty quiet. We enjoy our alone time, but we’re always up for watching a movie together or playing a few games every now and then. The house stays clean and tidy, not in a strict way, just in a “we all respect the space” kind of way.
A heads‑up: we love chill music. It’s usually playing softly in the background when we’re cooking, cleaning, reading, or just relaxing. Nothing loud or disruptive, more like a gentle soundtrack to the day.
We also don't have the space/facility's for a partner to be around more then once a week. Unfortunately we are quite strict on that just because of water, electricity and unfortunately safety for us.
We also share the home with one cat called Nyx.
For context, Foxx is 22 and works as a primary school educator, and Beccy is also 22 and studying medicine.
