The house is fully furnished, clean, bright, and well-maintained. It features front and back terraces, dining and lounge areas, and a stunning pool. It's a safe place with interlinked smoke alarms, secure windows and doors, and most importantly, we have responsible and respectful flat mates.

The bedroom has a king-size single bed, a large window with a roller shutter, fan, desk, and wardrobe. The AC is hardly ever needed as this bedroom is in the coolest area of the house. You can enjoy the peacefulness of this quiet corner, sharing a bathroom and lounge with just one other thoughtful housemate. Rent is $220, covering all bills and strong WiFi.

Ideally located on a peaceful residential street. It is close to Griffith University (Nathan Campus) and QEII Hospital. Just 5 minutes from a bus stop and 12 minutes from the train station. It's suitable for people working and studying. While the free Wi-Fi is reliable, the house is not intended for ‘work from home’ setups.

Shops are conveniently located at Coopers Plains, Sunnybank, and the spacious Garden City Shopping Centre in Mt Gravatt. The Coopers Plains library and expansive parklands are right at the doorstep.
