There is a bus stop to Garden City right outside the house, approximately 9 minutes walk to Coopers Plains train station. Across the road, there is a library, a few different selections of restaurants and takeaway shops, a couple of convenience stores, 7eleven and a pharmacy.

About the flatmates
You will have your privacy as the room has its own entry and is self contained with kitchenette and bathroom. It is a very comfortable room with ceiling fan and aircon, perfect for students or professionals. (Wifi and water bills included, electric bill separate so you can control your own use of air con!)
So far, our previous tenants has never exceeded $30 per month for electricity, they averaged at $15.
We are friendly and would love to get to know you, but if you prefer not to, we are fine with that too! Though, our kids are very social able and we hope you don’t mind interacting with them (don’t worry, we do teach them to respect boundaries)!
I would also need you to have or be able to apply for a blue card, due to our occasionally accepting short term homestay.
