The property is a town house in a small gated complex consisting of only eight semi-detached townhouses. Access is only by key or zapper. Very secure!!!
Rooms are very clean with new carpets throughout in the bedrooms all of which have ceiling fans. Built in robes in both rooms.
The Master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the paved garden patio area and it's own bathroom.
The downstairs open plan living area has air-conditioning. It opens onto a private patio with sitting area and garden.
The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from the Morningside Train Station and a 15 minutes journey to the city. Trains run every 15 minutes.
There is a bus stop right outside the gate where you can take the bus to Cannon Hill shopping centre.
It is also just a short walk to the Morningside shops.
The Complex also has a small swimming pool. Great for cooling off in the hot weather.

About the flatmates
Currently one room is rented by a female Japanese student who has been here for 12 months and hopes to stay for another year.
The second room was let to another Japanese student whose visa has expired and that room is now available.
The master bedroom was occupied by the owner who has left to go travelling and that room is now available.
Ideally the rooms will suit female international students looking for long term accommodation in quiet location.
