About the property
You will enjoy the location of these units as they are only a short walk to the bus stop, train station and it is on campus of the USQ Springfield/Tafe campus.
The units are quiet, clean and fully functional. The rooms are air conditioned and you are able to adjust the temperature to your liking. The furniture provided is all you will need to move in. The common areas are also fully furnished for everyone's use and comfort.
Kitchen items such as microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery are supplied. Each tenant has their own space to store food in the cupboards and large fridges.
We provide a fortnightly cleaner to clean the unit’s common areas and equipment to clean the unit in between cleans is provided.
There are house rules to follow to ensure everyone has quiet enjoyment of their own space. You will not be disappointed when you view these lovely spacious rooms.

The accommodation is close to all facilities including Orion Shopping Centre, Event Cinemas, Springfield Central Train Station, Robelle Domain Lagoon and many fast food outlets, bars and restaurants.
