The house is fully furnished with all of the essentials and even the 'not-so-essentials' (Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Nutribullet, Table Tennis Table, indoor Gym equipment, outdoor Ninja Warrior Gym, etc). No issues if you wanted to bring your own things too.
Great location with everything nearby: Bus services, two train stations that are both minutes in either direction, shops, cafes, gyms, etc.
Rent is $270 pw for 1 person; $350 pw for a couple.

About the flatmates
Here’s a bit about me: I'm into anything health and fitness related, music/dance and a bunch of other random hobbies. I play basketball and am currently training to be on Australian Ninja Warrior (if the TV show ever decides to come back). I work in Finance and like to keep myself busy outside of work hours too.
I’ll always make an effort to make sure you are fully accommodated for so that you feel at home! Any of my previous tenants are also happy to be a reference if needed.
Out of respect for my housemate's privacy I won't go into her details here, but she is very similar to me: super easy-going, more than happy to have a conversation but also loves downtime & keeping to herself. 🙂
