We have a residential lease available to a family or group of friends/peoples that are seeking non-transient accommodation of around $3500/month (or part there-of per person).

The lease is for the residential portion of an older style property and includes rooms situated above our shop.
Note: We do NOT sub-let rooms.

Individuals or couples that are interested in applying as caretakers may be welcome so long as they
a) agree to co-sharing a lease agreement and all residential parts of the property with other parties;
b) for the same term, and
c) understand typical care-taker expectations and are prepared to abide by a caretaking roster and house rules.
A typical cost for an individual in this category might be $99+bills per week.

The shop operates a mission-based entity 'nLIVE' which seeks to embrace, practice, and encourage eco-responsible habits in the home, small businesses and the community through upskilling and cross-skilling. Parties aligned with this purpose may be welcome to join the endeavour.

The property has a small courtyard. There are two toilets, one of them downstairs and another upstairs in a shared bathroom.

We have had many students share with us in the past. We are around 1km from Monash Caulfield and Monash Clayton is also easy to access (a train stop and bus shuttle).

If you want a safe and stable home we could be the right place.

Non-smoker strongly preferred. The premises allows smoking OFF PROPERTY only. Pets are welcome so long as they are registered and compatible with the two existing cats.
