The property has a small courtyard. There are two toilets, one of them downstairs and another upstairs in a shared bathroom.
We have had many students share with us in the past. We are around 1km from Monash Caulfield and Monash Clayton is also easy to access (a train stop and bus shuttle).
If you want a safe and stable home we could be the right place.
Non-smoker strongly preferred. The premises allows smoking OFF PROPERTY only. Pets are welcome so long as they are registered and compatible with the two existing cats.
