On street parking is hard to find. 11 Tram is a 2 min walk, 96 &; 86 Trams are both 8 min walks. A short commute on public transport to R.M.I.T., La Trobe University and Melbourne University. Only a few minutes walk to High St. restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping (Northcote Plaza) and the Northcote train station in between.

The on street parking spaces here are hard to find, but the 11 Tram is a 2 min walk, 96 & 86 Trams are both 8 min walks. A short commute on public transport to R.M.I.T., La Trobe University and Melbourne University. The neighbourhood is lovely, and although its super close to everything, its also very quiet & private here. Only a few minutes walk to High St. restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping (Northcote Plaza) and the Northcote train station in between . If the ad is till up, the room is still available.
