Excellent location, and wonderful view, you can see the sky and sunrise and sunset without leaving your apartment.
Now the room have one Japanese girl and one chinese girl are staying, one of them will move out
The rent is including some of the bills. Not including internet..
Apartment is closed to the restaurant walk for 1 minute, walk 3 minutes to woolly and cafe, walk 5 minutes to Crown Casino, walk 3 minutes to tram stop, very convenient. It is high floor with a beautiful view

You will only clean your bedroom and slightly clean the stove/kitchen beach after you cooked.
Public area will clean by someone else weekly. clean/ vacuum carpet,sanitizer carpet once a week. Whole Kitchen, stove, sink cabinet door, fridge, microwave, fan etc will clean and sanatizer once a week by someone else.
Public area will provide tissue, hand wash, dishes wash liquid, towel, pot, kettle, brand new machine brand new vacuum etc, all of these are FREE to use..
