We are looking for someone very quiet who will not be bringing people around our house as we are a small family and I work from home. No party's and no pets allowed and it s a smoke free property.

Please when messaging let us know how long you intend to stay. You will not have access to the backyard.

Our centrally located studio features separate entrance and no stairs. Nestled in the Lake Macquarie area, it is just a 10 min drive from John Hunter Hospital and 2 min drive to the train station. Bus stops are 150m walk. It is located in a very quiet family orientated cul-de-sac. On street parking available.
