Lease Transfer – Student Accommodation (6 Months)
I am looking to transfer my 6-month lease at a student accommodation in the Perth CBD. You will be sharing the apartment with four female students, mostly Asian girls, who are very tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. For this reason, I am only looking for a female UWA student.
The accommodation is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the StudyPerth Office, making it very convenient for international students.
The building also offers excellent facilities, including a gym, rooftop area, co-working space, and free social events, creating a comfortable and social living environment.
