This is a large, beautiful one bedroom space that also has a walk in study nook and an ensuite bathroom.

It is under the main roof of the home but divided with a noise proof wall from the rest of the house and self contained. It is very safe and private.

The space is fully furnished and equipped including a desk in a seperate study nook so you can concentrate.
Quality mattress for a good nights sleep. All linen for your bed if required, towels and even your own in room Smart TV with the extra little things to provide all the creature comforts of a home with WiFi.

Reverse cycle aircon and fan to keep you cool.

The space does not have a full kitchen but has basic facilities, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and outdoor BBQ.
The property is right near a bus stop that will take you to Murdoch University or Fremantle (Notre Dame). Maximum 7/8 minutes either destination. UWA is about 20 minutes.

Room is spotlessly clean and setup for a stress free and welcoming arrival.

Student must be female, neat and tidy, quiet and respectful.
We will welcome female students and help you to settle in to Perth. Unlike a homestay you wouldn't be living with our family, you would have your own space but we are here if you need us or just need to know things about Perth.

Not suitable for couples and the room is only for one female student and not other guests.

RATES:
$385 pw which includes Wifi and utilities.

$1000 deposit and two weeks in advance
Lodging must be paid on time every time please

Deposits:

Two weeks lodging fee is required as a deposit to secure a space and becomes the security deposit required for the room and key upon arrival for the duration of your stay. The deposit is returned when the room and contents are returned in the exact same manner as given including the return of the keys as issued within 48hrs of vacating.
