Hilton is a great suburb with parks and good cafes within walking distance. There is a bus stop around the corner which will take you either to Fremantle or into the city via Booragoon Garden City. I am a private person so I would prefer someone who values their own privacy. I have two (small) dogs and two cats who mainly live inside but will try to visit if they can. It is 10 minutes drive to Fremantle, Murdoch University and Fiona Stanley Hospital.

A furnished & spacious room is available. It's a decent size, light and airy with ceiling fan, furnished with a double bed, shelving, wardrobe, desk. It could suit a single professional, student, fifo ... Anyone respectful, clean and easy going really :) The rent is $170/week, including an unlimited Wifi. All other bills are split as they come. The house is modern, two storeyed, with the bedroom and bathrooms on the bottom floor, and the large, light and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining on the top floor. There are views of the ocean from the top and you can sit out on the balcony in the afternoons and take in amazing sunsets over the ocean. The backyard is quite large, with a lovely porch area to sit and relax in, or venture over the grass and over to the hammock. It has a peaceful and relaxing flair. The location is great, with only few minutes walk from Hilton IGA, Gilberts Fresh Foods, Post Office, Newsagency, Bottleshop, Pharmacy.. We are very close to South Street and Carrington Street, so public transport are easy to catch to either Fremantle or Murdoch's directions. For pet lovers, we have an indoor cat :)

The place is a gem. Sunset views from the verandah thru the trees. The jarrah floorboards and large bedrooms gives a nice feel. The backyard is rambling and full of small gum trees. Its a haven and the life is simple for nondrinkers please. There'll be room for your own furniture. There's an aircon in the kitchen but be prepared to wash up cos there's no dishwasher! Two female students may share the room if needed.

It has air conditioning warm and cold, I have an international tv channel , two TVs and wifi it has off street parking for two cars, and should it be necessary a bus passes by the house from early morning until late at night. It has a nice garden where you can sit and it is in a quiet street not far from fremantle. There are no special rules except to keep the kitchen clean and respect that other people are living in the house.
