3x1 fully furnished house and spare room. House has a big secure backyard with grass and green house for gardening the back including ice bath/gym equipment set up. 3 minutes to Cole’s and IGA and 5 minutes drive to kardinya shopping centre. 10 mins to Freo! I have a cat who is really chill she just sleeps most the day (on my week off at the moment.) 4/7 nights on my week off I have my 6 year old daughter. We are usually out and about when she’s not at school so probably won’t see us too much. Pretty chill room mate not overly fussed about the house being perfectly clean everyday but do enjoy a generally tidy area. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must 🙂
